Policies

An Integrated Approach to People

Board
The Human Resources and Compensation Committee oversees our people strategy, including human resources and executive compensation and succession planning.

Management
Our approach to People is led by the VP, People, and Diversity is led by our VP, Diversity, Regulatory Affairs and Corporate Secretary, who works with a Diversity Committee.

Operations
Every operation has its own Human Resources Manager.
