To minimize exploration risk to shareholders in the quest for new gold mining opportunities, Goldcorp has established strategic interests in the following mining and exploration companies: 

• Eastmain Resources Inc. – 9.9% interest 
• Wolfden Resources – 6.8% interest 
• Beaufield Consolidated Resources Inc. – 9.3% interest (to date)
