HEALTH AND SAFETY

A strong focus for the Goldcorp team at Los Filos has been to instill the importance of working safely to employees.  In all areas of the operation the goal is to educate workers and help them to recognize unsafe conditions, which will lead to prevention of accidents and occupational illness.

Los Filos has introduced a rigorous safety induction and awareness training for employees and contractors.  New and experienced workers participate in the induction process.
