THE FUTURE

Mine and mill operations at El Sauzal continue to exceed expectations.  Gold production for 2008 is forecast to be 200,000 ounces.

Extension of the mine life at El Sauzal is a priority and drilling will continue throughout 2008 inside the pit area and in the immediatel surrounding regions.  Exploration is testing mineralized areas adjacent to the main deposit and show strong potential for increasing reserves.
