At Goldcorp, we have committed to using the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Framework as the basis for our sustainability reporting. The GRI Framework sets out the principles and indicators that organizations can use to measure and report their economic, environmental and social performance. Sustainability reporting is the practice of measuring, disclosing, and being accountable to internal and external stakeholders for organizational performance towards the goal of sustainable development. This process is enhanced when the reporting process is consistent with other significant company reports.

Sustainability is an essential part of the daily activities in every Goldcorp office and operation. Our contributions to the community begin before project development and continue after reclamation is complete.
At all times, our goal is to promote sustainable prosperity and achieve our aim of being Responsible, Respected and Welcomed. Our contributions include infrastructural developments, investment in education and various organizations, sponsorships, equipment, training programs and more. We strive to support the prosperity and economic development of the various communities where Goldcorp and our subsidiaries are present.
At Goldcorp, we continue to work in collaboration with the communities in which we operate. We strive to conduct our business responsibly and to the benefit of all stakeholders.
Corporate responsibility is at the core of all our business decisions, and our way forward will always be shaped by a balance of social, economic and environmental considerations.
