Vancouver, BC, May 1, 2007 – Goldcorp Inc. (TSX: G; NYSE: GG) will hold its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders at 2:00 p.m. (PT) on Wednesday, May 2nd in Vancouver.  A live webcast of the meeting will be available at www.goldcorp.com.   The webcast will be archived for replay on the website for 12 months.
