The focus in 2016 was on reorienting the business through decentralization and restructuring to drive accountability down to the mine site. This included strengthening the management team, upgrading the quality of the portfolio and committing over $1 billion in new growth projects.

These changes resulted in our ambitious 20/20/20 five year growth strategy that was announced in January 2017. This growth plan is expected to see Goldcorp deliver a 20% increase in production, a 20% increase in gold reserves and a 20% decrease in all-in sustaining costs, positioning the company to drive increasing NAV per share. Our executives share how we will achieve each of these targets in the following short interviews:

Dave Garofalo, President & CEO, on our 20/20/20 Strategy

Todd White, COO, on Growing Production by 20%

Russell Ball, CFO, on Reducing All-in Sustaining Costs by 20%

Paul Harbidge, SVP Exploration, on Growing Reserves by 20%
