David Garofalo , , , President and Chief Executive Officer

David Garofalo was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Goldcorp in February 2016. Prior to joining Goldcorp, David was President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Hudbay since July 2010, where he was responsible for setting and executing Hudbay’s vision and strategy, working with Hudbay’s Board of Directors and senior management. David was Chair of Hudbay’s Executive Committee, the senior management group through which every strategic decision at the Company was advanced. Before joining Hudbay, David served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer with Agnico-Eagle Mines Limited (1998–2010). Earlier in his career, he served as Treasurer and held various finance roles with Inmet Mining Corporation (1990–1998). David was named Canada’s CFO of the Year by Financial Executives International Canada (2009) and Top Gun CFO by Brendan Wood International (2009 and 2010) and was recognized by IR Magazine with awards for Best Investor Relations by a CFO (2009 and 2010) and Best Investor Relations by a CEO (2011). He was also The Northern Miner’s Mining Person of the Year for 2012. A graduate of the University of Toronto (B.Comm.), David is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Director of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD.D). He also serves on the board of directors of Mackenzie Health Foundation (formerly York Central Hospital Foundation).

Russell Ball , , , Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Development

Mr. Ball was appointed Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Development on March 9, 2016. He joined Goldcorp in May 2013 as Executive Vice President of Capital Management and in December 2014 was appointed Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Capital Projects. Prior to joining Goldcorp, Mr. Ball served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Newmont Mining Corporation. Over his 19 years with Newmont, Mr. Ball worked in audit, finance, treasury and investor relations before joining the executive team as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Newmont, Russell was a manager in the finance and audit groups with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Durban, South Africa. He qualified as both a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of South Africa and a Certified Public Accountant in Colorado.

Todd White , , , Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Mr. White was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer on January 1, 2017. Mr. White was formerly Senior Vice President, South America, at Newmont Mining Corporation, responsible for leading business excellence, operations and environmental stewardship. His multinational background in large-scale development projects, management systems and operational efficiency over two decades led to his appointment as Senior Vice President, Technical Services and Business Excellence, at Goldcorp in July 2014. Mr. White’s objectives are to underscore a culture of continuous performance improvement and implement new opportunities to advance corporate social responsibility and sustainability through technical innovation. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nevada.

Brent Bergeron , , , Executive Vice President, Corporate Affairs and Sustainability

Mr. Bergeron joined Goldcorp in November 2010 and was appointed Executive Vice President of Corporate Affairs and Sustainability in January 2015. Prior to joining Goldcorp, he served as a senior executive with international experience in the fields of construction and infrastructure development, broadcast and media. Over the course of his career he has worked throughout Africa, North, South and Central America. Mr. Bergeron leads the development and implementation of Goldcorp’s corporate affairs and sustainability programs, including environmental stewardship, community relations, social responsibility, government relations, communications and country risk. He is a member of the Boards of Directors of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce, the Canadian Council of the Americas, the Mining Association of Canada, the Quebec Mining Association and the Boreal Leadership Council. He also serves as a member of the Executive Steering Committee for the Responsible Gold Standard Initiative at the World Gold Council. Mr. Bergeron holds a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) and a Masters of Arts (Economics) from Carleton University and speaks five languages.

Charlene Ripley , , , Executive Vice President, General Counsel

Ms. Charlene Ripley was appointed Executive Vice President, General Counsel at Goldcorp effective April 1st, 2013. Ms. Ripley leads Goldcorp’s Legal, Ethics and Compliance, and People teams, as well as risk functions including Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk Management and Insurance. Prior to Goldcorp, Ms. Ripley served as SVP & General Counsel at Linn Energy (Houston) and as VP General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation (Houston). Throughout Ms. Ripley’s distinguished career spanning nearly three decades, she has also led enterprise functions including information technology, corporate affairs, and government relations, as well as supporting several multi-million and billion dollar growth transactions. Ms. Ripley holds a Bachelor of Arts, with distinction, from the University of Alberta and earned her law degree from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. She is a member of The Law Society of British Columbia, The Law Society of Alberta, Texas State Bar and Canadian Bar Association. Ms. Ripley chairs the BC and Yukon Provincial Advisory Board for the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation. In the past few years, her expertise has been recognized with several awards. She was named 2015 Western Canada General Counsel of the Year and received the BC Business 50 Most Influential Women award the same year. In 2015 and 2016 she was recognized with the WXN Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 award.

Wade W. Bristol , , , Senior Vice President, Canada Operations

Mr. Bristol was appointed Senior Vice President, Canada Operations in May 2016. He joined Goldcorp on July 21, 2014 as the Vice President of Mine Improvement and Support. Mr. Bristol has over 35 years of expertise in the mineral sector, including operational management, technical services and engineering. Prior to joining Goldcorp, Mr. Bristol served in various capacities for Newmont Mining Corporation including GM – Nevada Underground, GM – Carlin Operations and GM – Nevada Mine Improvement. He also held the position of Vice President for Apollo Gold Corporation and a number of senior level operations roles in the mining sector. Mr. Bristol holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering from Montana Tech. He is a member of the Nevada Mining Association and the American Institute of Mining Engineers. In 2013, Mr. Bristol received the coveted Distinguished Alumni Award from Montana Tech.

Joseph Dick , , , Senior Vice President, Latin America Operations

Mr. Dick was appointed Senior Vice President, Latin America Operations of Goldcorp on March 6, 2015. From June 2014 to March 2015, he served as the COO for Goldcorp Mexico. Mr. Dick has over 32 years of experience in the mineral sector, including operations, maintenance, engineering, supply chain and sustainability roles in both surface and underground environments. Prior to joining Goldcorp, he led the transition of the Pueblo Viejo Mine, from construction through to full production, as PV General Manager from April 2011 to June 2014. Also in his 10 years with Barrick, he led the start-up of the Cortez Hills open pit and underground mines as General Manager of the combined Cortez Mines from January 2008 to March 2011; he served on the leadership team of Barrick GoldStrike as Manager of the Underground Mines from January 2006 to January 2008. Prior thereto, in his 11 years with Rio Tinto, Mr. Dick served as Maintenance Manager at Kennecott Utah Copper and led the Greens Creek redevelopment project as the mine reopened following shutdown. Mr. Dick has also served in numerous other leadership, managerial and support roles over his career. Mr. Dick received a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from Montana Tech of the University of Montana in 1983.

Paul Harbidge , , , Senior Vice President, Exploration

Mr. Harbidge is our Senior Vice President, Exploration, a position he has held since August 1, 2016. Mr. Harbidge has over 20 years of mining experience. He began his career in 1993 as an exploration geologist and over time assumed a number of roles with increasing responsibility in various locations including Senegal, Mali, Ghana, Tanzania and South Africa. Earlier in his career, he worked for Rio Tinto, Anglo American and Ashanti Goldfields. Most recently, he ran the exploration function for Randgold Resources, widely regarded as one of the best value creators in the gold business. Mr. Harbidge holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Kingston University in the UK, as well as a Master of Science in Mineral Exploration and Mining Geology from Leicester University in the UK.

Jason Attew , , , Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategy

Jason Attew joined Goldcorp in August of 2016 and has more than 20 years of experience in the mining sector, most recently as Managing Director, Global Metals and Mining at BMO Capital Markets. Jason has an immense array of capital markets experience including advising on some of the most formative and transformational mergers and acquisitions transactions in the mining sector. Additionally, Jason was at the forefront of raising equity and debt capital for companies that have become industry leaders over the past two decades including the nascent Canadian diamond sector in the 1990’s. In his role, Jason leads a highly-accomplished team with respect to all corporate development and strategic matters at Goldcorp.

Jason has a MBA from Queen’s University and a BSc (Honours) from the University of British Columbia.

Richard J. Orazietti , , , Senior Vice President, Controller

Mr. Orazietti, of British Columbia, Canada, is our Senior Vice President, Controller, a position he has held since March 9, 2016. Mr. Orazietti, had been our Vice President, Internal Audit, since February 2012 after joining us in January 2012. Prior to joining us, Mr. Orazietti was Vice President of Finance at BCE Inc., Canada’s largest communications company where he led the financial management of various operating divisions including most recently, its residential services business. Prior to joining BCE Inc. in December 2004, he was Director, Operational Finance, at 360networks Corp, a North American telecommunications provider, where he held several increasingly senior roles in finance and was a key member of the management team involved in the sale of the 360networks Canadian operations to BCE Inc. He brings us extensive experience in financial and operational management, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring. Mr. Orazietti is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CA) in British Columbia and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University.

Anna M. Tudela , , , Vice President, Diversity, Regulatory Affairs and Corporate Secretary

Anna Tudela has more than 25 years of experience working with public companies in the securities and corporate finance areas, both in the United States and Canada. In her role as the Vice-President of Diversity, Regulatory Affairs and Corporate Secretary of Goldcorp Inc., she ensures that Goldcorp is in compliance with all securities filing requirements. In her role as Corporate Secretary she ensures that the Board has the proper advice and resources for discharging its fiduciary duty under corporate law, and ensures that all records for Goldcorp and its subsidiaries are in order. Anna leads a team of corporate services coordinators, long-term incentive plan administrators and paralegals. She joined Goldcorp in 2005 and was actively involved in the subsequent acquisitions and/or mergers with Wheaton River Minerals and Goldcorp Inc. in 2005; Placer Dome Canada, May 2006; and Glamis Gold Ltd. in November, 2006 and other post acquisitions. In 2013, Anna was the recipient of the Peter Dey Governance Achievement Award.

Anna is a driving force for diversity, and in particular increasing opportunities for women. In 2010 Anna founded Creating Choices, a program unique in the global mining industry and which recognizes the value in nurturing a culture of diversity within Goldcorp and promoting the advancement of women in particular. More than symbolic, Creating Choices is diversity in action. The Creating Choices Program was designed for the very specific purpose of assisting women in advancing their careers within the organization, through education, skills training and mentorship, to enable them to assume greater responsibility for their work, their opportunities for advancement and to thereby improve their lives and those of their families and communities where Goldcorp operates. To-date over 1,200 women at Goldcorp have graduated from the Creating Choices Program. They will serve as role models to other women who will follow in their footsteps, who will go on to assume ever greater positions of responsibility and leadership at Goldcorp.

Prior to joining Goldcorp, Anna worked at the law firm of Davis LLP in the Securities and Corporate Finance Department, working in mergers and acquisitions, and related general corporate and commercial transactions, working with junior companies listed on the TSX-V and TSX. Anna also worked as the Corporate Secretary of Diamond Fields Resources Inc. in 1995-1996, at the time of the Inco/Falconbridge bidding war for Voisey’s Bay nickel deposits.
